Every now and then we need bathroom design ideas to inspire us and remind us how important is this part of the house. Today we’re about to show you some bathrooms that have used the same tiles on both the floors and the ceilings. The result is stunning so… let’s take a look!

Using tiles in a bathroom comes up with a lot of benefits – they are resilient, they bring color and they are easy to clean. One of the more distinct ways you can include tiles in your bathroom design is to use the same tiles on the floors and the walls.

Claesson Koivisto Rune Architects designed this contemporary house in Edsviken, Sweden. Not only have the same patterned green tiles been used on the walls and floors of this bathroom, they’ve also been used on the ceiling!
