Moscow-based ATO Studio released, at the end of 2016, their 3D projection of a stunning and luxurious apartment in Kazakhstan’s biggest city: Almaty. The residence takes place in Esentai City – the city’s most luxurious residential complex.

Esentai City apartments are known for being bright and spacious and ATO Design did not project this one otherwise. From panoramic windows filling the rooms with natural light, through stunning modern lighting designs, follow us into this spectacular house tour!
The project – due to be finished in 2018 – is being carried out as a partnership between ATO Studio and Almaty Vilnius Architects. What we have so far are these 3D projections that already give us a great sense of how amazing and luxurious this apartment is going to turn out, once finished.
In this neutral living room what stands out – apart from that gorgeous bright red accent chair – is the Ike floor lamp by DelightFULL. So simple, yet so elegant.
GET THE LOOK:
The master bedroom, similar to the living room, is also full of stunning neutrals and just a few golden details. Another element that we love to see across a modern home is that beautiful and authentic green from the plants.
That sense of harmony and cohesion spreads out across the whole house and even in the bathrooms we can see how the flooring was thought to match the rest of the house’s usage of marble. Beautiful!

Finally, another element that makes this Astana residence very worthy is the very modern and elegant outdoor space perfect for a few late nights with friends.
