Located on the West bank of Central Park, this very modern home is not only gifted with one of the best views in the world, but it was also thought and designed to meet its client’s expectations. All we can say for now is how jealous we are of that view, that classic floor lamp, and that sumptuous purple accent chair!
Although done is a very shy and fashionable way, the living room still opens up to the dining room, making the space more harmonious.

In fact, all the details in this residence were thought to make it open and more inviting. We can see how this is true by looking at the openness of the stairs that take us up to the second story.
It’s the little details like the color of the stairs wall and the tiles on the bathroom that differentiate and make this project by Steven Harris stand out. Again, we can see a pattern of harmony in the second story of this stunning home, with the suspension lighting design very close to the one featured in the dining room. How lovely does it look?
The master bedroom is probably one of our favorite rooms of the whole house. The color palette and the mid-century feeling to it create the perfect ambiance to relax at the end of the day. And of course, the crème de la crème, this dreamy view….
