During Maison et Objet 2018 in Paris, CovetED presented the third edition of the creative distinction, CovetED Awards, created to celebrate the best designs and sets displayed at the international lifestyle and design trade show. In total, CovetED handed out awards in seventeen categories that register some of the most coveting achievements in the industry, from wall lamps to bedroom sets, among countless other products and ambiences. In this Part II, Modern Home Décor will focus on the Specific Categories of the CovetED Awards.

Most CovetED Table Lamp – Vista Alegre – Creating for the very first time luminaries in porcelain, Vista Alegre collaborated with the proficient creator, Ross Lovegrove to create this amazing lighting design We were so fascinated by this design that we had to give the Most CovetED Table Lamp award. It shows innovation and function all in one jaw-dropping piece.
Most CovetED Suspension Lamp – Luxxu – Designing luxury lighting pieces, the brand blends the traditional forms with a unique elegant expression where the classics acquire new concepts using the contemporary personality, and the unmatched Luxxu’s Gala Suspension Lamp is no exception.
Most CovetED Floor Lamp – Exteta – The Award for Most CovetED Floor Lamp was given to Exteta, a luxury brand that focuses on creating livable and aesthetic outdoor spaces. Their floor lamps are simple but elegant!
Most CovetED Wall Lamp – DelightFull – DELIGHTFULL’s lighting cultivates a sincere passion for innovation and a true dedication to the revival of local artisan craftsmanship through long-lasting masterpieces. Taking this into consideration and looking at the inspiring beauty of the Brubeck Wall Light, the luxury brand had to be this edition’s recipient of Most CovetED Wall Lamp.
Most CovetED Rug Design – Rug’Society – Currently, with four different yet astonishing collections, Rug’Society aims to bring the history and culture of tapestry to a current design in a way not to be just rugs, but works of art. The Couple rug from the Savage Collection completely transforms any set and that’s why we had to make it the winner of this coveting category.
Most CovetED Sideboard – Boca do Lobo – Always seeking to inspire the world with exclusive and contemporary furniture, Boca do Lobo manages to use traditional craftsmanship techniques while adding innovative twists to its pieces. At Maison et Objet, the brand presented a unique concept, L’Appartement D’Art which featured plenty of enticing designs, but one completely stood out which is the recipient of this award, the Angra Sideboard.
Most CovetED Stool – Fendi Casa – Fendi Casa presented a furnishing project with a contemporary design, both elegant and cosmopolitan, a perfect balance between tradition and innovation. The high quality of the materials and the excellence of craftsmanship reflect a functional inclination based on the highest standards of luxury. For these and many other reasons, CovetED decided to award the brand with the Most CovetED Stool.
Most CovetED Dining Table – Garbarino – Garbarino launched an eclectic collection that has no boundaries or established conventions. This timeless and elegant dining table is characterised by clean lines and a beautiful combination of materials had to be distinguished in this category.
